Hi, I’m Heather, the owner and baker behind The Bloom House Bakery!

I’m a wife, a boy mom to two sweet little boys, and a self-taught baker with a love for creating beautiful, thoughtfully crafted desserts. After recently relocating to Florida, I’m excited to bring my passion for baking to a new home and community.

My love for baking has always been there, but I began pursuing it more seriously in 2022. Since then, I’ve continued to challenge myself, learn new techniques, and refine my craft with every creation.

At The Bloom House Bakery, I specialize in custom wedding cakes, celebration cakes, gourmet cookies, and dessert spreads for all of life’s special occasions. My style has evolved into a blend of romantic, vintage-inspired details, delicate textures, and timeless designs, with a touch of whimsy. I love bringing each client’s vision to life and creating something that feels uniquely theirs.
